Content weeks
Your foundation phase. The goal is to see every AAMC content area at least once and build a solid base across all of them. You are practicing and working on strategy during this time too, but the main focus is getting the content down.
Peak weeks
Your sharpening phase. You go back to the weak spots and shaky topics that came up during content and give them more time. You finish the memorization you need for test day, get your strategies to feel automatic so you apply them with confidence, and take full-length practice under real test conditions so you are ready for whatever shows up.
